style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">山东大学口腔微生态团队建立基础医学、生物信息学、人工智能及口腔医学的交叉创新团队，形成“学术引领—骨干支撑—青年储备”的阶梯式学术梯队，先后获批“山东省口腔微生态创新团队”、“济南市牙周炎致病机制创新团队”，联合行业机构成立“山东大学—BOP 波普专研口腔菌群联合实验室”， 形成覆盖基础研究、临床转化、产业应用的全链条创新体系。我们围绕口腔微生态与口腔健康、全身健康等重大慢病领域的关键科学问题，构建多维度递进式研究布局：从解析微生物群落生态特征与功能网络，到追溯致病菌株起源与传播路径；从解析毒性蛋白空间构象以支撑靶向药物设计，到阐明病原微生物感染宿主的分子机制，再到挖掘潜在干预靶点；通过系统性研究，逐步搭建起“基础理论—临床转化—产业应用”的完整创新链条。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><b>PI</b><b>简介：</b><b> </b>冯强，山东大学医学院教授、博导，山东大学-波普专研口腔菌群联合实验室主任，从事口腔微生物组特征及致病机制研究，入选国家级青年专家、山东省泰山学者特聘专家、山东省杰青、山东大学杰出中青年学者、全球高被引科学家、全球前2%顶尖科学家（连续四年）。在Nature Biotechnology (2篇)、Nature Medicine (2篇)、Nature Communications (3篇)、Gut (2篇),累计影响因子大于400, H index 35.42，获批国家重大科技攻关、山东省重大项目等20项，开发产品落地转化4项。获山东省自然科学奖二等奖（第1位）；担任期刊BMEMat（IF15.8）、iMeta（IF32.7）、IJOS（IF12.8）编委。</p><h2 class="detail-title">二、博士后岗位</h2><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><b>（一）岗位需求</b><b></b></p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">1、积极参与团队重大科技项目和科研课题的申报、实施和成果总结；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">2、开展高通量生物信息学分析（团队内老师可指导进行）、病原微生物的致病机制解析、靶向干预方案开发等方向的研究工作，发表高水平学术论文；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">3、参与课题组日常科研管理与学术活动；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">4、拟招聘人数2~3人。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><b>（二）应聘基本条件</b><b></b></p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">1、已获得或近期即将获得微生物学、细胞分子生物学、病原生物学、发育生物学等相关专业的博士学位，具有生物医学研究背景；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">2、热爱科学研究与学术创新工作；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">3、责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">4、近3年以第一作者发表过高水平学术论文；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">5、符合山东大学博士后招收基本条件，年龄不超过35周岁，博士毕业不超过3年。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><b>（三）薪酬待遇</b><b></b></p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">1、薪资、医疗、保险等按照国家和山东大学博士后管理办法执行（具体参照山东大学博士后管理办法http://www.boshihoujob.com/gxbsh/shandong/129271.html）；年薪30-55万元。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">2、可申请山东大学博士后公寓或享受住房补贴；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">3、解决子女入园、入学（义务教育阶段）；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">4、支持鼓励申请各类博士后人才计划和科研基金，包括山大博士后科学基金、自然科学基金等；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">5、参与团队项目和课题研究工作，享受课题经费支持，并根据实际情况共同申报相关科研课题；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0">6、根据研究任务和工作表现提供额外绩效工资与年终奖金；</p><p
