style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">一、岗位介绍</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">科研助理是指从事各类科研项目辅助研究、实验（工程）设施运行维护和实验技术、科技成果转移转化、学术助理以及财务助理等工作的人员。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">二、应聘条件</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（一）基本条件</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">1.具有中华人民共和国国籍；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">2.拥护中华人民共和国宪法，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">3.具有良好的政治素质和道德品行；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">4.具有正常履行岗位职责的身体条件和心理素质；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">5.具有符合职位要求的工作能力；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">6.工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">7.具备岗位所需的其他条件。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（二）下列人员不得报考：</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">1.赤峰市行政区域内在编在岗公务员、参照公务员法管理事业单位工作人员、事业单位工作人员，及近5年内本市行政事业单位辞职或被辞退人员；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">2.市外试用期内、未满最低服务年限的事业单位在编工作人员或公务员；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">3.曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的人员、被开除中国共产党党籍的人员、被开除公职的人员；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">4.被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的人员；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">5.在各级公务员招考或事业单位公开招聘中被认定有舞弊等严重违反纪律行为且在禁考期内的人员；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">6.现役军人；</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">7.法律规定不得聘用的其他情形。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">三、岗位要求及聘用人数</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">1.2020年6月（含）至2026年8月期间，取得本科及以上学历的高校毕业生，且报名时未与任何用人单位建立劳动关系（以社会保险缴纳记录为准）。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">2.本次科研助理岗位招聘共6人，具体岗位专业要求、聘用人数及聘期见附件1。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">四、岗位管理及待遇</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">科研助理岗位属临时性岗位，非事业编，聘期以实际签合同为准。工资标准按照税前2300元/月（含个人应缴纳的社会保险部分）。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">五、招聘程序</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（一）报名及资格初审</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">1.报名时间：2026年9月23日至2026年10月8日，逾期不再受理。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">6.资格审查贯穿招聘全过程，任何环节发现不符合条件、弄虚作假、违规违纪等情况，一律取消应聘及聘用资格，并追究相关责任。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">7.本次招聘不收取任何报名费用。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（二）面试</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">由赤峰市农牧科学院统一组织面试，具体时间、地点及要求另行通知。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（三）资格复审</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">根据面试结果，按招聘岗位数1:1比例确定资格复审人选。复审采取现场方式进行，核验应聘人员身份、学历、专业及无犯罪记录证明等材料，不符合条件者取消聘用资格，按面试成绩排序，依次递补。</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（四）公示与聘用</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0000pt;line-height:150%;">资格复审合格者确定为拟聘用人员，在赤峰市农牧科学院公众号公示5个工作日。公示期间查实有影响聘用问题的，取消聘用资格。问题一时难以查实的，暂缓聘用，待问题查清后再决定是否聘用。公示无异议的，按规定办理聘用手续，按期上岗。</p> <p
