text-indent: 2em;"><strong>招聘岗位及人数</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">本次计划招聘4个岗位，共计4人。具体岗位职责及任职条件详见附件1《江西中开控股发展集团有限公司2026年公开招聘岗位计划表》。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 0em; text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">特别说明：年龄、工作经历等年限计算均截至2026年6月30日。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">招聘基本条件</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（一）报考人员应当具备的条件</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.具有中华人民共和国国籍；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.遵守宪法和法律，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.具有良好的政治素质和道德品行；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.具有招聘岗位所需的任职资格、职业资格、技能要求和身体条件；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">5.应聘人员所学专业需与岗位要求专业一致，并取得相应专业的学历、学位证书；6.具备招聘岗位所要求的其他资格条件；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">7.招聘计划表中标注 “中共党员优先” 的岗位，录用时同等条件下中共党员优先。（二）不得报考的情形</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">有下列情形之一的，不得报考：</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.报名时提供虚假信息的；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.涉嫌违纪违法，正在接受司法机关或纪检监察机关立案审查调查的；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.曾受到刑事处罚的；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.在读的全日制高校学生、现役军人、党政机关及事业单位（含参照公务员法管理单位）试用期未满或有服务年限规定且服务年限未满的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">5.被开除中国共产党党籍或被开除公职的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">6.被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">7.其他法律法规或相关政策规定不宜报考的情形。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>招聘程序</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">本次招聘采取网上报名的方式，按照网上报名→资格审查→考试考核→体检考察→公示录用的程序进行。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（一）网上报名</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.报名时间：自公告发布之日起至2026年7月10日17:00止，逾期不予受理。2.报名方式：采取线上报名，不接受现场报名。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.报名须知：报考人员须将报名所需材料打包为压缩文件，邮件主题及压缩包名称统一格式为：“中开集团+应聘岗位+姓名”，以附件形式发送至邮箱：huaicaidangyu@hcdyhr.cn。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.报名材料：</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）《江西中开控股发展集团有限公司招聘报名表》（附件2）Word电子版及本人签字后的扫描件；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）本人身份证原件扫描件；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（3）本人近6个月内免冠1寸电子照片；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（4）本人学历、学位证书扫描件，以及中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网）下载打印的《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》（留学回国人员需出具教育部门的《国外学历学位认证书》）；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（5）招聘岗位要求的其他证明材料（如职称证书、职业资格证书、党员证明等）；（6）工作经验证明材料（如劳动合同、社保缴费记录或加盖公章的工作证明等）。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">特别提示：报名材料恕不退还，请自行留存备份。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（二）资格审查</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">根据岗位任职资格对应聘材料进行资格审查。资格审查贯穿招聘全过程，在任何环节发现应聘者不符合资格条件或弄虚作假行为的，均取消其应聘或录用资格，一切后果由应聘者自行承担。审查结果将通过电话或短信方式通知。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（三）考试考核</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">采取笔试+面试方式进行，满分均为100分。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.笔试：通过资格审查人员进入笔试。笔试内容为公共基础知识、行政职业能力测验，笔试开考比例不低于1:3，报名人数不足则取消或核减该岗位招聘计划或视情况延期报名。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.面试：按笔试成绩从高到低以1:3比例确定面试人选，末位同分一并入围，面试成绩低于70分者不予录用。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.综合成绩：综合成绩=笔试成绩×40%+面试成绩×60%，综合成绩按四舍五入规则，保留两位小数。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.录用排序：综合成绩相同者，按岗位计划表中优先条件确定拟录用人员；若无优先条件，按工作经历较长者优先。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">说明：笔试、面试具体时间地点另行通知。未入围下一环节者不再另行通知。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（四）体检与考察</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.体检：</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）按岗位招聘人数1:1的比例，根据综合成绩从高到低确定体检人选；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）体检标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准》执行，在县级以上综合医院进行；（3）体检费用由考生自理；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（4）对体检结论有异议的，可在收到结论之日起3个工作日内申请复检一次，复检结果为最终结果。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.考察：</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）对体检合格人员进行等额考察；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）考察内容包括“无犯罪记录证明”“个人征信报告”、亲属回避情况及现实表现等；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（3）考察过程中因个人不配合导致无法完成的，视为自动放弃。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.递补规定：因体检、考察自动放弃或不合格等原因产生的缺额，可按应聘者考试综合成绩由高分到低分根据实际需求递补。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（五）公示及录用</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.拟录用人员名单在招聘信息发布渠道进行公示，公示期为5个工作日。公示无异议的，发出录用通知，按规定办理入职手续、签订劳动合同；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.新入职人员实行试用期制度，试用期满考核合格予以转正；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.因自愿放弃或公示异议成立导致岗位空缺的，由江西中开控股发展集团有限公司研究决定是否递补。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>薪酬待遇</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">按照江西中开控股发展集团有限公司薪酬管理制度执行。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>其他事项</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1. 本次招聘不收取任何费用，不指定考试辅导用书，不举办也不委托任何机构开展考试辅导培训；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.应聘者须确保报名信息真实、准确、完整，凡弄虚作假者一律取消应聘资格，已录用的终止劳动关系；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.应聘者须对所提交材料的真实性负责，凡弄虚作假者，取消资格。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.实行回避制度。应聘人员应如实填报亲属关系：</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）集团班子成员和中层正职的亲属人员不得考录集团总部及下属子公司的所有招聘岗位；集团下属子公司班子成员和中层正职的亲属人员不得考录其领导干部亲属所在公司的招聘岗位。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）应聘人员在报名环节须主动如实填报亲属关系信息，对隐瞒不报或提供虚假信息的，一经查实立即取消应聘资格；已录用的，解除劳动合同。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（3）领导干部本人须主动回避招聘相关的决策、评审等工作环节，不得利用职权或职务影响为亲属应聘提供便利。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（4）集团综合部（人力资源）、纪检监察部门负责对招聘回避制度执行情况进行监督检查，对违反本规定的单位和个人，将按照集团相关规定严肃追责。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（5）亲属人员范围：“亲属”是指与江西中开控股发展集团有限公司及下属子公司班子成员或中层正职的领导干部有夫妻关系、直系血亲关系、三代以内旁系血亲以及近姻亲关系的人员。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（6）招聘工作人员回避：招聘全过程工作人员如有上述亲属报考本次招聘，须主动报备并全程回避对应岗位所有工作。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">5.应聘者须确保通讯畅通，因个人原因造成无法联系的，后果自行承担。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">6.本公告未尽事宜，由江西中开控股发展集团有限公司负责解释。</p><p style="line-height: 3em;
