text-indent: 2em;"><strong>一、报考条件</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（一）基本条件</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.具有中华人民共和国国籍；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.品行端正，勤奋敬业，忠诚担当；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.符合岗位所需专业、职业资格或技能条件；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.具备正常履行岗位职责的身体条件和心理素质，无传染性疾病、无精神病史及其他可能影响工作的器质性疾病。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（二）不得报考的情形</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.因犯罪受过刑事处罚的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.被开除中国共产党党籍或被开除公职的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.涉嫌违法违纪正在接受审查调查或尚未解除党纪、政务等处分的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">4.在各级公务员、事业单位考试和法律规定的其他国家考试中被认定有严重违纪违规行为尚在禁考期内的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">5.与其他用人单位存在劳动合同纠纷的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">6.被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">7.现役军人；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">8.曾参与本单位招聘考试入闱体检、考察并主动放弃的人员；曾在本单位离职不满6个月或任职期间存在违规违纪行为被认定为不被录用的人员；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">9.有下列情形之一的，聘用后将构成回避关系，不得报考：</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）与本人存在夫妻关系、直系血亲关系、三代以内旁系血亲关系或近姻亲关系的人员，担任报考单位领导成员的岗位；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）法律法规或单位规章制度明确规定，聘用后需执行任职回避的其他岗位；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">10.法律法规规定的其他情形。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>二、招聘岗位及要求</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（一）招聘岗位及任职要求</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">本次公开招聘计划招录3人，具体岗位及要求详见附件。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（二）注意事项</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">招聘岗位要求的年龄计算方法：45周岁及以下是指1980年5月31日（含）以后出生，40周岁及以下是指1985年5月31日（含）以后出生；招聘岗位要求的学历、工作经历的计算截止时间为2026年5月31日（含）。特别优秀者经研究决定后可适当放宽相关条件。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">三、招聘程序</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">此次招聘按照报名、线上初审、线下资格审查、缴费、考试、体检、考察、公示及录用等程序进行。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（一）报名</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">招聘公告、岗位信息及后续需要对外公布的信息均在吉安人事人才网（www.jarencai.com）发布。后续过程中的相关公告将通过指定的吉安人事人才网发布招聘公告信息。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.报名时间及报名方式</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）报名时间：从招聘公告发布之日起至2026年7月2日15:00；已报名考生补充上传资料时间截止2026年7月3日12:00；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）报名方式：采取网站注册报名形式。考生可登录（注册）吉安人事人才网（http://www.jarencai.com），通过点击考试报名栏目，选择相应专题，如实填表，诚信报名。也可进入报名快速入口：https://jarencai.ikaowu.com/exam/2041。每人限报一个岗位，请应聘人员仔细对照所报考岗位的条件要求，将所需材料准备齐全后再进行报名。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.报名所需材料</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（1）身份证、毕业证原件扫描件及学信网学历证书电子注册备案表PDF版（电脑登录https://www.chsi.com.cn/下载）；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（2）近期（6个月以内）本人免冠正面彩色电子照片；（3）招聘岗位中要求的相关资质、职称证书原件扫描件；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（4）工作经历证明资料（社保、劳动合同、解除劳动合同证明及工作证明等）、奖项证明资料或相关项目资料扫描件。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.注意事项</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">每位考生限报1个岗位，重复报名的取消报名资格。考生报名前须仔细阅读岗位报考条件，选择与自身资格相符的岗位，如实、准确填写报名信息。若未在规定时间内完成报名或提交材料不全的，视为自动放弃报考资格；若经审核不符合岗位任职条件的，将取消报考资格；若因填报信息不实或错误导致无法联系而影响考试及录用的，责任由报考人员自行承担。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（二）线下资格审查</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">参与线下资格审查的考生为报名系统显示“审核通过”的人员。现场参与线下资格审查，具体审查所需资料以资格审查通知为准。招聘单位将对照职位资格条件，对报考人员提交的报名材料进行资格审核，并于规定时限内确定报考人员是否符合本次招聘的报考条件。报考人数与招聘计划数的比例一般不低于3:1，若达不到开考比例，则相应核减招聘计划或调整任职要求。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">资格审查贯穿公开招聘工作全过程，凡发现考生与公告岗位所要求的资格条件不符或提供虚假材料的，即取消其考试或聘用资格，后果由考生自行承担。线下资格审查通过名单以吉安人事人才网公告为准。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（三）缴费</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">通过线下资格审查的考生应缴纳考试费用每人50元，考生应于收到缴费通知短信后登录报名平台（https://jarencai.ikaowu.com/）进行缴费确认，缴费完成的方可参考，逾期不缴费的，视作放弃报考资格。因个人原因导致未参加考试，报名费不予退还。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">考生在完成缴费后，应在准考证打印时间内登录线上报名系统下载、打印《准考证》具体打印准考证时间以后续公告通知为准。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（四）考试</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">根据岗位组合实施“笔试+面试”考试环节，具体岗位考试形式详见附件。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">1.笔试：笔试满分100分，采用闭卷考试形式，试题内容根据岗位类型设置，具体日期、地址及注意事项详见后续公告或《笔试准考证》。根据笔试成绩从高分到低分的顺序，按每个岗位招聘人数与报名人数原则上不低于1:3的比例确定入闱面试人员名单（末位成绩相同时，一并进入面试）。若实际参加笔试的考生人数未达到面试入闱比例，则全部进入面试；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">2.面试：面试满分100分，合格分数线为70分。主要采取“结构化面试”形式，重点测试应聘人员的专业知识、综合分析、组织协调、逻辑思维、语言表达、应变能力等方面的素质，未参加面试、未完成面试或未达到面试合格分数线（70分）的应聘人员，取消进入下一环节的资格。面试具体日期、时间、地址及注意事项详见后续公告或《面试准考证》；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">3.成绩计算</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">笔试、面试的岗位总成绩=笔试成绩×50%+面试成绩×50%；</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">以上成绩保留小数点后两位，第三位小数按四舍五入法处理。若考官组或招聘单位主管部门认为拟招聘岗位考生均无法达到岗位匹配要求的，可取消该岗位的招聘或核减招聘计划。如某些岗位报考人数较多且总体考试成绩优秀，招聘单位可根据用人需求，按照考试总成绩排序，对部分岗位另行增加录用人员或适当调剂聘用。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（五）体检</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">根据考试总成绩从高分到低分的顺序，按每个岗位招聘计划人数1:1的比例确定入闱体检人员名单（最终成绩相同的，以面试成绩高者优先；如面试成绩相同，以学历高者优先）。考生到指定医院进行体检，体检标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》执行，费用由本人自行承担，未到场体检或因本人原因无法在规定时间内完成全部体检项目的，视为自动放弃。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">体检不合格或因身体原因不适合参加体检的，取消考察资格，并按考试总成绩排名先后顺序依次进行补录。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（六）考察</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">考察主要对入闱人员的思想政治、道德品质以及有无违法违纪等情况进行考察，考察不合格的，取消聘用资格。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">（七）公示及录用</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">根据考察和体检情况，按照人岗相适的原则，研究确定拟招聘人员名单并公示3个工作日。公示无异议的，确定为聘用人员，依法签订劳动合同。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">因考生考察、体检、公示不合格或主动放弃聘用的，可视情况按考试总成绩从高分到低分的顺序依次递补；若试用期内无法胜任工作岗位的，公司有权予以解聘。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>四、工资待遇</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;">此次企业聘用人员为3名国有企业正式员工，试用期为3个月。具体薪资待遇及绩效考核参照用人单位薪酬绩效管理制度执行。</p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>五、其他事项</strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em;
